Terms & Conditions

These terms govern membership and bookings at Idea Foundry, Mt Eden, Auckland.

Bookings

Hot desks are booked per day. Monthly dedicated desks and team pods are booked per calendar month. Meeting rooms may be booked by the hour or half-day by members and approved external guests.

Cancellation

• Hot desks: 24 hours notice.
• Monthly dedicated desks: 14 days notice.
• Team pods: 30 days notice.
• Meeting rooms: 24 hours notice.

Eligible cancellations receive an automatic credit or refund to the original payment method.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclusive of GST. Rates are set by management and may be updated from time to time. Founding member discounts may apply for the first 3–6 months of membership.

Conduct

Members agree to use the space respectfully and to follow all health and safety instructions. Idea Foundry reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership for misconduct.
