Idea Foundry collects and holds personal information about members and visitors in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

Information we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company) provided when you book or request a tour.
• Booking and payment records processed securely via Stripe.
• Usage data to improve the space and our services.

How we use it

We use your information to manage bookings, process payments, send confirmations and reminders, and administer membership. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & security

Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Other personal information is held securely and retained only as long as necessary.
